Kathleen Sieverts, 47, of East Millcreek, was originally charged with theft, a second-degree felony, and accused of misusing the chapter's monies for her personal gain. She pleaded guilty Monday to a reduced third-degree felony count of theft as part of a plea bargain.MADD records indicate Sieverts was reimbursed more than $50,000 over a one-year period, but there were no documents to support why she should have been reimbursed.
