A 24-year-old Salt Lake woman was raped Friday after a man abducted her at a bus stop at 910 S. State, police reported.
The woman told police a burgundy mini-van pulled up to the stop and the driver asked if she was waiting for the bus, a police report states. The man allegedly pulled the woman into the vehicle and drove to 410 W. 600 South under the freeway off-ramp, where she jumped from the van.The man chased the woman and subdued her after telling her he had a gun and threatening to shoot her if she resisted, the report states.

The man left the woman at the scene where she was found by a passing officer, according to police.
