Beth Nelson Henrie, 73, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, died Tues., Oct. 12, 1993 at the Pioneer Care Center in Brigham City.
She was born October 3, 1920 in Corinne, to Woodruff Reeder and Maria Flack Nelson. She married Radcliffe Winn Henrie, October 19, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She attended school in Corinne and graduated from Box Elder High School in 1938 and Stevens Henager College in 1967. Mrs. Henrie was a homemaker. She also worked as a secretary and investigator for Utah State Social Services for 20 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Tremonton 8th Ward and served as Sunday School teacher in the Tremonton Second and Fifth Wards; was a teacher and visiting teacher in the Relief Society.She enjoyed her children and grandchildren and enjoyed camping with her family especially the Fall season and all it's colors.
Surviving are her husband, of Tremonton; three sons and their spouses, Gary Winn (Carolyn) Henrie, Franklin, Nebraska; Ronald Lee (Pamela Kay) Henrie, Pleasant View; Douglas R. Henrie, Tremonton; seven grandchildren; one brother and two sisters, Lynn F. Nelson, Brigham City; VeLoy Neal, Ogden; Ione N. Hintze, Provo. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dianne.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 16, 1 p.m. at the Tremonton Third and Eight Ward Chapel. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 1st East in Tremonton. Burial in the Brigham City Cemetery.
