Child Magazine's "Guide to Baby Products," a product directory for expectant and new parents, will be on sale at newsstands nationwide through December.

The second annual guide ($4.95) lists more than 2,100 infant and toddler products, ranging from cribs and strollers to cameras and bottles. It is published in conjunction with the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, a nationwide organization of childbirth educators. All listings that have been certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association have the JPMA certified logo.Additionally, the 168-page guide provides tips on safety concerns and what product features to look for when making purchasing decisions. It also includes articles on such topics as caring for your baby and understanding child development.
