Four candidates are running for three seats on the board of trustees of the Farmington Area Pressurized Irrigation District.
Registered voters in the district, which serves parts of Farmington, Kaysville, Fruit Heights and unincorporated Davis County, will vote in the general election on Tuesday.Two consolidated polling places have been established that coincide with general election polling sites. They will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Farmington Junior High School and Knowlton Elementary School.
The four candidates are board chairman Grant Ungerman; incumbent Vince C. Hess; incumbent Stephen H. Moon; and Paul Hirst. All are Farmington residents.
FAPID is organized as a special improvement district under Utah law to provide pressurized irrigation or secondary water.
