The forecast calls for increasing pollution levels, but green condition should continue until Saturday. Meterological conditions are poor and getting worse for the dispersion of smoke associated with wood burning. People who use wood or coal stoves are encouraged to reduce emissions. Residents are encouraged to call for the most current forecast information. Forecasts are updated daily at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
