Greyhound bus crash victims said their snoozing driver was speeding and swerving before he rear-ended a camper trailer, but he woke up in time to steer clear of a ravine.
There were no fatalities in the crash Sunday, but 29 of the 44 people on the bus were injured, including the driver, who was pinned in the wreckage.Most injuries were minor. Two women were hospitalized overnight.
Authorities and passengers said the bus driver, James Large, 50, was sleeping at the wheel when the crash occurred on I-70 about 120 miles east of Denver.

Large "was driving fast - must have been more than 80 (mph) - and he started coming up on that camper and just smacked it," said Aaron Shanklin of Kansas City.
