Jeffrey T. Keller, Salt Lake City, has been appointed a member of the American Optometric Association's Commission on Quality Assessment and Im-prove-ment.
The Commission on Quality Assessment and Improvement is one of 27 committees of volunteers who are responsible for creating, developing and implementing association programs and projects for the 30,000-member national or-gan-i-za-tion.The association's activities are directed primarily to improving the quality and availability of eye care to the American public. The association represents three-fourths of the nation's optometrists, who provide primary eye care services, including the diagnosis of eye health and vision problems and the describing of appropriate treatment.
