In the jurors' lounge where they met, John Johnson and Charlotte Blake, guilty of falling in love, were united Sunday in marriage.

"The first time I showed up for jury duty, she was across a room full of people and I spotted her right off," Johnson said just before taking his Valentine's Day wedding vows. "Eventually, we got around to talking."Johnson, 59, a technician for a chemical company, and Blake, 53, a legal secretary, were called to jury duty five years ago to hear a civil case in Circuit Court in Charleston, W. Va.

Their trial judge, Paul Zakaib, agreed to open his courtroom Sunday to perform the ceremony.

The couple had originally considered a church wedding.
