Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Benjamin John Colt, passed away February 13, 1993.

Born April 4, 1922 in Moroni, Utah to George S. and Amanda Olsen Colt. Married Verginia Hopkin May 1, 1942 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He served honorably in the US Navy during World War II. He founded and was president of Colt Temperature Control & Tube, Inc. until he retired in 1986. A faithful member of the LDS Church, he served in many callings.Survived by his wife, Verginia; son, Dr. James S. Colt and wife Darlene, Arvada, Colo.; daughter, Mrs. Rual (Anne) Coray, Sandy; seven grandchildren; brother, Roland; and sisters, Mrs. Norman (Lois) Clark and Mrs. Lloyd (Virginia) Prestwich, all of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by infant daughter, Claudia; brother, George; and grandson, Tyler.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 17, 1993 at 1 p.m. at the Valley View 9th Ward, 4101 South 1925 East. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mackay Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 So. Highland Drive, and from 12 noon-12:45 p.m. prior to service at the church. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
