A Salt Lake man was killed Sunday night when the pickup truck he was driving drifted into the path of an oncoming semi-trailer truck.

Killed was Gregory Johnson, 30.According to the Utah Highway Patrol, Johnson was driving north on U-191 just north of Moab's Canyonlands Airport at about 7:15 p.m. when his truck crossed the center line. "The pickup spun around and burst info flames, but they think the driver died on impact," a dispatcher said.

The semi driver, David Tuning, 50, of Boise, was treated in Moab for minor injuries and released.
