Spanish Fork City Council

Public hearing: The council will hold a public hearing to review and possibly update its ordinance pertaining to home-occupation businesses.

Where: Council chambers, 40 S. Main, Spanish Fork

When: Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 7 p.m.

Why should I care? The council is considering changes in its current ordinance, including requiring preschools and music schools with more than six students to have a business license.

- The council will also discuss creating a special improvement district to install water lines and make connections with the city water system. The area includes nearly 40 Leland homes, which would be annexed into the city.
