J. Austin Cope has joined West One Bank as vice president and manager of the bank's Provo Business Banking Center. A graduate of Brigham Young University and the Pacific Coast Banking School, he has worked in the financial services industry 22 years. Melisse Grey was named vice president in Zions First National Bank's private banking department in Park City. She was formerly an assistant professor of business administration at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, N.H. Gary Barber has been promoted to Utah division manager of Swire Pacific Holdings Inc. and the Coca-Cola bottlers of Utah. He formerly handled major accounts sales and service for Salt Lake City Coca-Cola. Alan Bradshaw and David Little have been named partners in the law firm Holme, Roberts & Owen. Bradshaw practices litigation with emphasis on insurance coverage and environmental issues. Little's practice focuses on real estate, commercial transactions and general corporate law. Shirl Don LeBaron has opened a law practice in American Fork. A 1983 law graduate of the Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge, he has practiced law in Louisiana and Utah about 10 years.
