Taxes: Volunteers will provide free tax filing aid at Salt Lake libraries through April 15. Those needing help should bring their federal tax package, W-2 form, Social Security numbers, pertinent income and expense records and a copy of last year's form.
When: Seniors will be assisted Thursdays from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Main Library, 209 E. 500 South, and Rose Park branch, 1185 W. 1000 North; and Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Foothill branch, 1135 S. 2100 East. Others will be assisted Mondays from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Main Library; Thursdays from 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 to 3 p.m. at Rose Park; and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sprague branch, 2131 S. 1100 East.
