I hope this note of thank-you reaches the young man and woman in the Isuzu Trooper who stopped to help me and my ailing Ford Bronco II during the snowstorm Feb. 20.
Not many were willing to stop as they plowed up 4500 South anxiously trying not to lose their momentum - and understandably so. However, they both did stop to ask if I needed help. They even turned back when they realized I hadn't made it up the hill behind them. Thanks to their especially courageous winter driving skills, they drove my car up to Wasatch, where I was able to make it the rest of the way home. It was a random act of kindness that the world needs to see more often. Although I forgot to get their names, I will never forget their thoughtfulness.
