Utah Valley Community College's Center for Personal and Career Development is offering programs to aid individuals seeking direction at transitional points in their lives.
The college will offer two programs; one is titled "Successful Life Management," the other "Comprehending Personal Relationships."The first course is for individuals who want to enter or re-enter the workforce, school or training. It deals with information on career and educational options, career development, resume writing and other job-seeking skills.
The personal relationships program is to help individuals enhance self-esteem, increase self-awareness, develop assertive communication and build personal and professional relationships, thus enhancing career success.
