The city's annual "Music in the Mountains in March" is set to run this year from Saturday, March 13, through Sunday, March 21, at outdoor venues and in local clubs, hotels and restaurants.

More than 100 hours of free music are planned over the nine-day period.The festival includes a range of sounds, from jazz to country-and-western. Performers will entertain at locales as diverse as the Main Street Trolley and on local ski slopes. A few of the many bands that will appear include Chord-on-Blues, Unpaid Professors and the Cowdaddies.
