Dewayne William Hendricksen, age 71, died March 13, 1993 at his home in Provo.
Funeral services will be held Wed., March 17, 1993 at 11 a.m. in the Pioneer 1st Ward Chapel, 376 North 700 West, Provo. Friends may call at the ward chapel on Tues. evening from 6-8 p.m. or at the ward chapel on Wednesday one hour prior to services.
