Lillian Marie Jacobsen Giles, age 83, passed away March 21, 1993.
She was born September 10, 1909 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jacob Anton and Mette Marie Jacobsen. Married John W. Giles in Salt Lake City who preceded her in death December 1984.Active member of LDS church, especially in the Primary for many years. She delighted in the activities of her family, and sharing her crocheting talents with friends and family.
She is survived by daughters, Arvilla Poppe, Sacramento, California; Irene MacKay, Salt Lake City, Utah and sons, LaMar, Boise, Idaho; Dale, Salt Lake City, Utah, 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 24, 1993, 11 a.m. in the Riverside Ward, 1100 West 500 North. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, and at the church on Wednesday from 10-10:40 a.m. prior to the services. Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
