Four male juveniles were arrested Thursday on investigation of shooting from a vehicle.
The arrests stem from a March 3 incident when a Millcreek home was shot at several times.Deputy sheriffs reported 12 markings on the side of the home, all of which appeared to come from the same type of gun.
Ironically, the family had recently moved to the Millcreek area from West Jordan to avoid the violence and gang activity that had spread to their former neighborhood, a sheriff's office report states.
The gang activity appears to have followed them. The family had reported several instances of harassment and threats prior to the March 3 incident, the report states.
The four boys arrested in connection with the incident - between 15 and 17 years old - were either living in proctor homes or were housed in conjunction with Youth Services.
