Beloved grandmother, Emily B. Van Dusen, 99, passed away February 28, 1993 at a local convalescent center.
Born May 12, 1893, Salt Lake City, Utah, to James Cowan Watson, Jr., and Emily Zina Linnell. Married Royal E. Van Dusen; he died in 1974. They had one child, Dorothy B. Douglas who preceded her in death January 6, 1989.Her greatest enjoyment in life were her daughter and dancing.
Survived by three grandchildren, Milt H. Douglas, Washington; Christine Ingstad, California; and Kathy Fritzsche, Salt Lake City; six great-grandchildren; special niece, Betty Ammodt, Salt Lake. Also survived by special friends, John and Ruth Parks and Margaret Rust.
The family would like to thanks the care givers at the Holladay Healthcare for their wonderful care for the last four years.
Graveside services will be held Friday, March 5, 1993, 12:30 p.m., at the Murray City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 East 7600 South, the morning of the service from 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
