Dr. Michele Borba, an author and lecturer on self-esteem, is returning for the second year as featured speaker at the Davis County Infants, Children and Youth Council's fourth annual self-esteem conference.
Borba will speak at two sessions of the conference Thursday, April 1, at Viewmont High School.The 90-minute session starting at 4 p.m. is for educators and other professionals.
Parents and others interested in increasing self-esteem in the home may attend the 6 p.m. session, also in the high school auditorium.
The sessions are free; ICY, a nonprofit organization, is accepting donations to help pay the cost of the conference.
