Derek and Tara Merrill, a local Christian music duo taht goes by the name The Merrills, will be opening for Kim Boyce in a concert at Abravanel Hall on Monday, March 8. The show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 or $8.50 for groups of 10 or more. Says Derek Merrill, "We'll be doing songs from our disc `I've Got You.' We won't use a band, but will be performing from tracks we cut while in Nashville." The Merrills stress inspirational topics in their music and offer a Christian message.
