High school students, college students, engineers and others are invited to a "Future of Engineering" symposium from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday, May 8, at the University of Utah Merrill Engineering Building.

The master of ceremonies will be R. Gilbert Moore, adjunct professor at Utah State University. The keynote speaker will be Curtis D. Brown, senior vice president of Iomega Corp.Other speakers include David W. Pershing, dean of the U. College of Engineering; and Lawrence D. Reaveley, chairman of the U. civil engineering department.
