Our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Henry Daniel Buma, age 78, passed away June 9, 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Henry was born August 6, 1915 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Lutzen and Elizabeth Grundmann Buma. He married Eva Maureen Anderson, April 15, 1938 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a member of the LDS Church.He served four years in the Navy during World War II. He held several positions at Utah Power & Light retiring after 45 years. He was also co-trustee and general manager of The Mayflower Cafe in Salt Lake City. He was a member of Kiwanis Club and Food Service Executive Association. Henry was an avid golfer and loved to travel.
Survivors include his wife, Maureen; two daughters, Sharon Hamilton, Tracy (Mark) Zahler; four sons, Neil (Mona), Brent (Carol), Tommy (Colleen), Jeff (Shelley); 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Private memorial service held at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. "Good Luck on the back nine, Dad!"
