Loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Emma A. Veltri, age 81, died June 17, 1993 at St. Mary's Hospital in Reno, Nevada.
She was born August 14, 1911 in Pueblo, Colorado, the daughter of Fortunato Anselmo and Anna Pagano. Married Louie A. Veltri January 19, 1936 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Salt Lake City. Member of the St. Theresa Little Flower Catholic Church in Reno, Nevada.Former resident of East Carbon and Salt Lake City. Emma graduated from St. Mary's of the Wasatch and she was class president of Judge Memorial High School of Salt Lake City in 1929. Emma and her husband, Louie, lived in several states with business interests in Utah, Minnesota, Nevada, and New Mexico prior to moving to Reno, Nevada in 1985.
She is survived by her husband, Louie A. Veltri; daughter, Anna M. Veltri; grand-daughter, Bridget Broderdorf, all of Reno, Nevada; two sisters, Gilda Mayo and Annette Anselmo, both of Salt Lake City.
Funeral Mass Tuesday, June 22, 1993, 10 a.m. at Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church, Price, Utah. Vigil service Monday evening, 7 p.m. at Mitchell Chapel, where friends may call daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Committal service, Price City Cemetery, Price, Utah.
