SHARE BODDICKER QUITS AFTER 14 SEASONS

Milwaukee pitcher Mike Boddicker, who helped Baltimore win the 1983 World Series, announced his retirement. Boddicker, 35, was 3-5 with a 5.67 ERA in 10 starts since being acquired from Kansas City on April 26. He was 134-116 with a 3.80 ERA in 14 seasons with Baltimore, Boston, Kansas City and Milwaukee.
