SHARE AGENCY AIMS TO SHOW OFF UTAH SOFTWARE IN JAPAN

The Utah International Business Development Office is organizing efforts to present Utah software products at a "Software U.S.A. `93" show to be held in Japan this October.

Office officials say the event can give packaged software suppliers in the state in-depth exposure to the Japanese market by providing a chance to meet with prospective Japanese agents and representatives.Japan's packaged software market is expected to reach $10.6 billion by 1995, the office reports, and the Japanese are five to seven years behind U.S. software technology and anxious to purchase.

Anyone interested in participating in the show should contact trade executive Mike Sakurai before July 23 at the Utah International Business Development Office, 538-8785.
