C. E. Hiller, age 63, passed away peacefully at home July 21, 1993 after a long and courageous battle with Scleroderma and bone cancer.

Born June 11, 1930, Hamilton, Texas, to Christopher and Olga Hiller. Married Betty J. York on October 13, 1950 in Dallas, Texas. Later moved to Salt Lake City. Retired from E-Systems after illness forced his retirement after 36 years. Also served as vice-president of KE Systems, Inc.Survived by his wife, Betty; two sons, Randy of Salt Lake City; Jerry of Sterling, Virginia; two grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Andrew of Virginia; two brothers, Bill Hiller and wife, of Jettmore, Kansas; Loyd Hiller and wife, of Dike, Texas; one sister, Joyce Whitling of Dallas, Texas; and very special friends, Debbie and Taylor Forbush.

More than a husband and father, he was a best friend. As courageous in death as in life, he has donated his body to research to further the fight against Scleroderma.

Services will not be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to the National Scleroderma Research Foundation.
