Archibald Frank Carn, age 77, died July 22, 1993, in Bennion, Utah.
Born April 15, 1916, in Salt Lake City, Utah, a son to Thomas Richard and Almeda Ford Carn. Married Reba Ballard, July 15, 1938, in Salt Lake City; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member in the LDS Church, serving as patriarch at the time of his death. Served as the bishop of the Sixth-Seventh Ward and Redwood Second Ward. Ordinance worker, Jordan River Temple.Survived by: Wife, sons, Gregory F., and Phillip F., both of Salt Lake City; Michael B., Wisconsin; daughters, Carolyn and husband, Garry Condiff, Dallas, Texas; Mrs. Lois Thompson, Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Dougas Carn, Heber City, Utah; sister, Grace Leatham, Salt Lake City; sister-in-law, Thelma Hancock, Salt Lake City.
Funeral services will be held Monday, 12 noon, at Granger 14th Ward, 2101 West 3100 South. Friends may call Sunday, 5 to 7 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and Monday at the church, 11 to 11:40 a.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
