Marina Sirtis of "Star Trek: The Next Generation" fame reportedly threw a fit at a Star Trek convention in Toronto last weekend.
Seems Sirtis, who plays the empathetic counselor Deanna Troi, refused to attend a question-and-answer session with fans until all videotaping equipment was removed from the room. The voluptuous Sirtis also broke the news there would be no more closeups of her ample cleavage. Such shots were formerly a staple of the show.
Said an unidentified convention organizer: "We've found the `Next Generation' stars can be difficult. They just come in, do their hour, sign a few autographs and leave. The `Classic Trek' people will stay a while and have fun."
