Centerville
At its meeting Tuesday, July 6, the Centerville Council:
- Held a public hearing and amended its planning and zoning ordinance to require public hearings be advertised 14 days instead of 15 days before the hearing.
- Appointed Blaine Lutz as environmental certifying officer for the city's CDBG-funded project.
- Approved a rezone on .24 acres at 490 S. 400 West from A-1 to R-1-85, as requested by Cal Holbrook.
- Reviewed the preliminary plat and street plans for the 92-unit Country Cottages proposed townhouse development on south Main Street.
