A man and woman are charged with discharging a firearm from a vehicle, a third-degree felony, after they were asked to leave a West Valley party and allegedly returned to shoot at the house.

The man, 26, is also charged with gross lewdness, a Class A misdemeanor. He and the woman, 24, were at a party at 4311 S. 4625 West when he made inappropriate advances toward a 23-year-old woman there, a complaint filed in 3rd Circuit Court states. The two were asked to leave after the man tore the shirt off the 23-year-old woman and caused her to bleed, the complaint states.Minutes after the man and woman left, witnesses reported a car cruised by the house and shots were fired. Police recovered two bullets from inside the house.
