HB178 (Styler) - Creates a committee to review special districts.

HB209 (Garn) - Requires school districts to adopt conduct and discipline policies to foster an environment in the public schools that is safe and conducive to learning.

HB210 (Fox) - Provides for a 1-cent voluntary payment in addition to the assessment imposed on milk or cream produced and sold in Utah.

HB211 (Price) - Allows insured in health insurance cases to direct their preferred provider insurer to pay non-contract providers directly for services.

HB212 (Short) - Appropriates $275,000 to the Gang Prevention and Intervention Program in the public schools.

HB213 (Smith) - Shortens the time for commencement of prosecution for misuse of public monies.

HB214 (Uipi) - Creates a cause of action for sexual harassment.

HB215 (Price) - Changes the Department of Finance to the Department of Community and Economic Development for Contracting Purposes.
