Elsie Bruehl Sleater, age 78, died January 2, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah at Alta Care Center, following a lengthy battle, with diabetes.
Born June 16, 1915 in Salt Lake City to Henry and Katharine Bruehl. Married Edward L. Sleater August 2, 1944 in Ogden, Utah; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death December 14, 1985.Survived by sisters, Rose Peck of Woods Cross; Ruby (Frank) Kerr of Salt Lake City; Margret Lemp of Salinas, California.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 5, 1994, at 1 p.m. at Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, SLC, where friends may call on Tuesday evening from 7-8 p.m. and again on Wednesday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery. Funeral directors, Deseret Mortuary. At Elsie's request....No flowers.
