Shane Smoot has been appointed president of Quaker State Resources Inc., which owns the rights to Interline's oil refining technology in North America. He will continue to serve as vice president of legal services for Q Lube Inc. Kirk Umphrey and David Neff have been elected to the board of directors of Q Lube, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quaker State Corp. Umphrey is executive vice president of the company. Neff is executive vice president and general counsel. Steven Jacobsen has been named vice president and manager of Key Bank's Murray office. A graduate of the University of Utah, he has worked for Key Bank more than 20 years ago. Linda Quigley has been named vice president and manager of Key Bank's Beehive office. She has worked in banking more than 18 years. Kathleen Barnes has been appointed assistant vice president and branch manager of Key Bank's Brickyard office. She has worked in banking 18 years.
