Eva Almeda Moore Pace, age 96, of Salt Lake City, and formerly of Craig, Colorado, passed away November 3, 1994, in a local hospital.

She was born May 2, 1898, in Joseph, Utah, to Joseph Andrew and Almeda Harmon Moore. She married Luray Hardison Pace on September 19, 1923 in the Manti LDS Temple. He preceded her in death in 1971. She worked for many years at the Memorial Hospital in Craig, Colorado. An active member of the LDS Church, she served faithfully over the years. She loved gardening and received great satisfaction spending hours growing beautiful flowers.Survived by five daughters: Leona Searcy, Longview, Wash.; Raeola (and Lorence) Ellgen, Craig, Colo.; Eva Dean (and Lee) Watson, Meeker, Colo.; Elna Cook, Salt Lake City; and Florine (and Robert) Pavlicek, Tonapah, Neva.; 27 grandchildren; and 65 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by a daughter, Margie Pace.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 7th, 11 a.m., at the Holbrook Funeral Chapel, 3251 So. 2300 East, where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Services and interment on Tuesday in Craig Colorado.
