Russell Guy Coster, age 64, passed away Saturday, November 5th at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born March 11, 1930 in Burley, Idaho, a son of Cleo Legrand and Florence Lyons Coster. Married Doris Lorene Swails, October 22, 1952 in Tucson, Arizona, later sealed in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on April 26, 1954. Served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Member of the Utah Salt Flats Racing Association. Served an LDS Mission with his wife in the California Los Angeles, Mission, October 1992 through April 1994. He retired from Hill Air Force Base as a Calibrations Technician.Survived by his wife, of Centerville; one son and four daughters: Douglas James (Bonnie) Coster, Ogden, Utah; Barbara J. Christensen (Craig) Miller, Sandy, Utah; Deborah L.C. (Richard) Owens, Tempe, Arizona; Teresa D. (Lynn) Potter, West Jordan; Sandra D. (Len) Cox, Diamond Valley Acres, Utah; 25 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, mother, Florence L. Coster, Bountiful; brother, Rodney T. Coster, Salt Lake; sisters, Marilyn Keeling, Seattle, Wash.; Claudia Coster, Sacramento, California. Preceded in death by his father and stillborn son, Richard Ivan Coster.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 8, 1 p.m. in the Centerville Utah South Stake Center, 270 North 300 East. Friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East and from 11:45-12:45 at the church on Tuesday. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
