LaMar L. Miller, 78, returned to her Heavenly Home on November 2, 1994.
She was born December 21, 1915 in Kaysville, Utah, a daughter of James Heelis and Mary Maria King Lythgoe.She was educated in Kaysville, Utah and graduated from Davis High School in 1935. She was a member of the Kaysville 2nd Ward of the LDS Church. She married James Edison Miller in Winona, Mississippi on May 25, 1946. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She worked at the Weekly Reflex and Clover Club Foods in Kaysville and the Layton Sugar Company in Layton.
Survived by her husband, James E. Miller, Kaysville; a daughter, and three sons, Kaye (Bruce) Kizerian, Farmington; Boyd (Dora) Lythgoe, Sandy; Jim (Holly) Miller, Ogden; Bob (Linda) Miller, Layton; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Norma Barnes, of Ogden. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three sisters.
The family expresses gratitude to the Rocky Mountain Care Center and her roommate Carol Overton, who looked out for her and could make her smile.
Services will be held Tuesday, November 8, 1994, 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main, where family and friends may call on Monday from 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
