Israel, where sites sacred to three religions - Judaism, Christianity and Islam - are located, will be explored in the third University Travel Club film of the season in Highland Park Elementary School's auditorium Thurs., Nov. 10, at 7:30 p.m.
On hand to provide live narration for their film, "Israel," will be Fran and Brooke Reidelberger whose other UTC appearances have established them as crowd-pleasers.For the traveler, Israel is a fascinating land of amazing contrasts - every bit as new and vibrant as today's news reports, and as old and venerable as the Bible.
The Reidelbergers travel this New Jersey-size country from top to bottom, including the occupied territories of the Golan Heights and West Bank, to paint their picture of Israel. As in all of their films, they focus on the incredible people in all walks of life to tell an exciting, informative travel story.
