A new book depicts Princess Diana as a woman obsessed with astrology who purges her intestines, pops the antidepressant drug Prozac and works out on a punching bag to relieve tension.
But Buckingham Palace says "Diana: Her New Life," the second volume of a biography by Andrew Morton, is simply gossip."It's a tedious mishmash of second or third-hand gossip assembled by Mr. Morton for his own benefit," the palace said in a statement Sunday night.
The book, excerpts of which were published in The Sunday Times, quotes Diana as having told friends: "I'm coming back with a vengeance."
