Our little Sweet, Sweet, Baby Chase, so happy and full of life, Chase Jeffrey Butterfield, 6-month-old son of Jeffrey and Wendy Snow Butterfield, died November 4, 1994 of SIDS.
We love you, Chase. We always have and always will - Mom, Dad and Carissa.He was born May 9, 1994 in West Valley City, Utah.
Survived by his parents and a sister, Carissa, all of Kearns; grandparents, Mark and Gail Snow, Kearns; Dale and Sheryl Butterfield, West Jordan; great-grandparents, Mabel Christensen, Kearns; Scott and Bernice Snow, and Leona Gunnell, all of Salt Lake; Lillian Reese, Taylorsville; great-great-grandmother, Lyda Newbold, Salt Lake.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Valley View Memorial Park. Friends may call Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 South 2200 West, Riverton.
