As residents of Salt Lake County (more specifically the area of Cottonwood Heights), we would like to express our appreciation for County Commissioner Brent Overson's actions in bringing about the demolition of the "graffiti house."
We're grateful for the time he took to come out and visit with us as citizens and to hear our concerns relating to the vandalism which occurred on this unfinished structure over the past several years.The structure in question had become a public eyesore and a gathering place for gangs and their activities.
Now that the demolition is complete, we wish to express our thanks to Commissioner Overson and Commissioner Randy Horiuchi specifically for their efforts in seeing this demolition completed.
