A mangled tractor-trailer that was carrying vegetable oil hangs over the edge of a highway ramp in Toronto Monday after flipping and spilling most of its contents on the interchange. The driver of the truck was unhurt. The liquid cargo shifted during an attempt to turn onto the exit ramp, causing the accident.
