Members of the South African Navy band welcome the guided missile cruiser USS Gettysburg on its arrival at the navy base in Simonstown, South Africa, Tuesday. The Gettysburg and the guided missile frigate USS Halyburton are the first U.S. Navy vessels to visit South Africa in almost 30 years.
