Louise G. Smith Cook Johnson, 89, died November 6, 1994 in a Salt Lake City hospital.

She was born December 19, 1904 in Murray, Utah, to James H. and Maggie Jamison Smith. She married Walter Cook; he died in 1968. She married Henry Johnson; he died in 1986. She was an employee of the Veterans Hospital for many years. She saw with her heart and loved everyone.Survivors: children, Barbara Collett, Kerrville, Texas; James Ronald Cook, Kearns; Dee Forsythe, West Valley City; 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Thursday, 10 a.m., where friends may call Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 9-9:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
