Dyle D. Perkes, 38, died November 6, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah from a lingering illness.
He was born October 12, 1956 in Blackfoot, Idaho to Arthur and Lydia Jackman Perkes. He attended school in Firth and graduated in 1975. He worked in the restaurant business throughout his life. He lived in Idaho Falls, Idaho; Sacramento, California; and at the time of his death, he lived in Salt Lake City, Utah.His hobbies included many different kinds of art work and crafts. He also enjoyed music and traveled throughout the Midwest with a musical group for a year and a half. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He is survived by his parents, Arthur and Lydia Perkes, Salt Lake City; four brothers, Barry Perkes, Blackfoot, Idaho; Larry Perkes, Idaho Falls, Idaho; Kreigh Perkes, Blackfoot, Idaho; Carroll Perkes, Idaho Falls, Idaho; and one sister, Sheila VanOrden, Pingree, Idaho.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 9, 1994 at 11 a.m, at the Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, SLC. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Hyde Park, Utah Cemetery.
