Remember the "What's My Line" mystery guest? The Utah Valley State College version will be on the air as part of a new program called "College Study Strategies" this January.

The program - comparable to the study skills class offered at the college - can be seen on Channel 9 and cable Channels 3 and 30.Tabbed the Utah Learning Channel, the show will feature improving memory skills, test-taking, writing, reading comprehension and note-taking and will also cover the general areas of resources available to students at most colleges and universities.

The "mystery master student" will be a weekly feature with an illustration of how the mystery student excelled. Mystery students already in the lineup include Gov. Mike Leavitt, U.S. Rep. Bill Orton and top UVSC administrators.

It's intended to follow a light-hearted program format and include knock-off stunts from "Late Night with David Letterman."

Grant Richards, reading skill department chairman and Elaine Byrd, Learning Enrichment Center coordinator, will host the show.
