Kay Alvin Rosequist passed away Dec. 8, 1994 in Midvale, Utah due to cancer.

He was born May 30, 1919 in Tropic, Garfield Co., Utah, the second son of Raymond Alvin and Ruby Rappleye Rosequist. He worked as a miner for many years. He enjoyed prospecting, fishing and hunting. He was known as Casey to his friends. He was a World War II Veteran, serving in the U.S. Army from 1941-1945."YOU DID IT YOUR WAY, MY LOVE."

He was married to Joy Utley, later divorced. He married Eloise Bridges Greenhalgh, later divorced. He married Verla Reynolds Perry July 1971 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He is survived by his wife, Verla; four stepchildren, Keveron Perry, Salt Lake City; Teresa Dickenson, Richfield; David Rosequist, Las Vegas, Nevada; Tonye Bown, Elsinore, Utah; brother, Gardell Rosequist, Marysvale, Utah. Preceded in death by parents and brothers, Dan and Phil Rosequist.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 12, 1994, at 11 a.m. in the Goff Mortuary Chapel, 8090 So. State St., Midvale, where friends may call Monday one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, Bluffdale, Utah. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Community Hospice, 2970 So. Main St., Salt Lake City, Utah 84115-3553
