Davis County will open two new elementary schools in 1995 that will require boundary changes for schools in the North Farmington, Kaysville and Layton areas.

Public hearings have been scheduled to unveil plans prepared by study commitees and get comments from parents.- One meeting will be Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Fairfield Junior High Auditorium, 951 N. Fairfield Road, Kaysville. It will affect people with children now enrolled in Burton, Columbia, Farmington, Kaysville, Knowlton and Morgan elementary schools.

- Another meeting will be Thursday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. at Central Davis Junior High Auditorium, 663 Church St., Layton. This will affect people with children now attending Adams, Crestview, East Layton, King, Layton, Lincoln, Vae View and Whitesides schools.
